This year so far, 4,500 babies were born at Lehigh Valley Hospital — Cedar Crest and Lehigh Valley Hospital — Muhlenberg. That’s a lot of babies to name. For the second year, LVH decided to look at the top names given to babies born at its hopsitals. Here they are with last year’s winners in parenthesis….
