Allentown Republican mayoral candidate Tim Ramos has run an old-school, retail politics campaign infused with anti-establishment rhetoric. The 34-year-old son of Puerto Ricans is confident he will turn out enough disenchanted residents in the Latino community and beyond to beat Democrat Ray O’Connell, a former school administrator and city councilman appointed interim mayor 19 months ago.
