Whitehall Township police were dispatched Monday afternoon on a report of an incident at the Main Street home of District Judge Robert C. Halal. Police have not yet disclosed what happened, but they strung police tape around the home in the 4800 block of Main Street, a mile west of MacArthur Boulevard….
