Upper Nazareth voters will be asked if they want to fund Memorial Library after petition drive gets nearly 400 signatures

A question will appear on the primary ballot in April asking Upper Nazareth residents if they want a 0.6-mill tax for the Memorial Library of Nazareth after a petition asking for the referendum received nearly 400 signatures.
