Township Police: Two Face Drug-Related Charges

… of Northampton PA faces one count of possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, according to Montgomery County court docket sheets. Cayla Morgan, 26, of Walnutport PA, faces four counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, dockets also indicate.
