St. Luke’s likely buying Easton Hospital, documents suggest

St. Luke’s University Health Network is the likely buyer of Easton Hospital, sources say. Easton Hospital’s corporate owner Steward Health Care signed a letter of intent last month to sell the hospital to a local health system, according to a Steward source who’s familiar with the situation but not authorized to speak publicly.
