Eastbound Route 22 traffic in the Lehigh River has been shifted to the new bridge being built over the Lehigh River. PennDOT announced the shift in a tweet Wednesday morning: Westbound traffic will be shifted in a month or two, PennDOT says, to allow for an overhaul of the other span.
