Siba, a fluffy standard poodle from just outside Northampton, Pa., broke history this week when she won best in show at the Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show. She is the first Lehigh Valley dog to win the show’s top prize in recent memory, and the first standard poodle to win in three decades.
