Lisa Jane Scheller, a Lehigh County businesswoman and potential congressional candidate, is providing scholarships for students from nine Lehigh Valley school districts in an early college program at Lehigh County Community College. A former Lehigh County commissioner, Republican Scheller is chairwoman and president of Silberline Corp. in Tamaqua.
