‘Remember this, you can make a difference.' Northampton County’s child services director retiring after 45 years

Kevin Dolan, who has led Northampton County Children, Youth and Families Division for 25 years, is retiring on Feb. 22 after 45 years in social work. “My whole life was dealing with violence and negativity,” said Dolan, who has still managed to remain optimistic.
