The Forks Township Planning Commission voted 4-0 to recommend conditional use approval for a 433,000-square-foot warehouse at 197 Padula Road to Forks supervisors. NorthPoint Development has an agreement of sale to in place for the 32-acre parcel, which has been purchased by developer David Jaindl.
