Railroad officials say an Amtrak train has struck and killed a person walking on the tracks in Philadelphia.Philly.com reports the person was struck in the city’s Torresdale section around 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Amtrak says the victim was hit by a Northeast Regional train on its way to New York City….
