Pennsylvania Senate approves spending more than $200 million to recruit, retain nurses and other ‘bedside’ hospital workers

The Pennsylvania Senate Tuesday evening approved sending out more than $200 million in federal money to help hospitals recruit and retain nurses and other frontline or “bedside” workers — with none of the money going to executives or administrators.
