Coronavirus transmission is declining nationwide, in Pennsylvania, and in the Lehigh Valley. All three areas have dipped below the high transmission threshold of new COVID-cases. The Lehigh Valley hasn’t seen rates that low since the end of June. But local hospitalizations continue to rise, with six COVID-related fatalities this week.
