Morning Call editor-in-chief Terry Rang, who has led the newsroom for the past 18 months, is retiring. Rang, 61, of Lynn Township, is one of a handful of newsroom editors and managers who opted to take a voluntary buyout offered this month by Tribune Publishing. The Morning Call’s parent company is offering the buyout program to all employees who have worked for Tribune for eight or more years. The Morning Call expects to lose additional employees next week.
