Former Lehigh County commissioners chairman and Olympic gold medalist Marty Nothstein said in a new court filing that statements claiming he exhibited bizarre and inappropriate conduct toward employees while director of the Valley Preferred Cycling Center are false and an attempt to damage his reputation. The new filing is part of Nothstein’s lawsuit against the Velodrome Fund, its former Chairman Andrew Ralston and The Morning Call, in which he claims his privacy was invaded when it was revealed that the U.S. Center for SafeSport was investigating a sexual misconduct allegation against him.
