A Pocono Summit man was sentenced Thursday to six years in federal prison for helping traffic heroin and cocaine in Monroe County.Matthew Morales, 25, had pleaded guilty after a grand jury indicted him and 10 other people in a drug-trafficking conspiracy carried out between May and July 2015 in the Poconos.The case was investigated by Pocono Mountain Regional Police and the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration.Morning Call reporter Andrew Scott can be reached at 610-820-6508 or ascott@mcall.com.
