Lower Macungie gives Jaindl Land Co. a $320,000 break on fees. Here’s why

When it builds a four-story office building in Lower Macungie Township at Hamilton Boulevard and Commerce Center Drive North, Jaindl Land Co. will get credit for previous traffic improvements it made in the area, lowering its traffic impact fees by $319,753. Here’s why.
