Discarded and lost bikes used to pile up in the Bethlehem Police Department headquarters. Now, they’re sending them to the Coalition for Appropriate Transportation, which fixes them up and puts them in the hands of kids for the holiday season. Parents can still pick them up as late as Christmas Eve.
