The rain is forcing “The Jakopa’s Punch Processional,” Touchstone Theatre’s traveling musical circus show, indoors. The free show will debut at 6:30 tonight inside Lehigh University’s Zoellner Arts Center instead of outdoors on the South Bethlehem Greenway. You’ll still have to do some walking….
