If finances force the Salisbury Township School District to close one of its two elementary schools, Lehigh Valley Health Network is partly to blame, Superintendent Randy Ziegenfuss told a packed house at a school board meeting Wednesday. The district has taken LVHN to court over its tax exempt status.
