Pennsylvania state parks have received much love in the last 25 years — in terms of visitors, but not in terms of funding and infrastructure help. The DCNR released its preliminary report on a two-year public survey on what Pennsylvanians think should be done for the parks, which will feed into its next 25-year strategic plan, Penn’s Parks for All.
