Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf on Thursday outlined a broad effort to improve mental health services and change public perceptions of mental illness. The initiative would include more resources and a public outreach campaign similar to the state’s response to the opioid crisis. Wolf will be talking about it Friday in Allentown.
