Emmaus change would allow apartments to replace blighted warehouse, but neighbors aren’t happy

Emmaus Borough Council voted unanimously to change the zoning at 300 Furnace Street and on Second Street, site of an abandoned warehouse the borough placed at the top of its list of blighted properties. Neighbors worry about increased traffic, crowded schools and stormwater problems.
