Easton’s Centre Square undergoing extensive makeover, with downtown ‘ring roads’ part of the change

Easton’s Centre Square is getting an extensive makeover, with the downtown also seeing traffic changes in and around the area known as the “Circle,” according to city Public Works Director David Hopkins, under separate city and state projects.
