Easton reopening plan would close streets to vehicles and open them to businesses

Easton Mayor Sal Panto Jr. has floated a plan to allow businesses to expand into the right of way, either into parking spaces or a driving lane, so they can reopen without running afoul of social distancing guidelines or paying more rent during the coronavirus pandemic.
