The federal complaint alleges the City of Easton and Easton Zoning Hearing Board deprived the plaintiffs, Adams Outdoor Advertising, One 6 LLC, Dennis Benner, Garrett Benner and Brandon Benner, of their equal protection and free expression rights “secured by the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.”
