Developer wants to bring experiential and in-demand retailers to downtown Allentown

City Center Investment Corp., downtown Allentown’s largest developer, unveiled a framework for downtown retail Wednesday, calling for more experiential, entertainment and wellness offerings in the Neighborhood Improvement Zone.
