Despite coronavirus and winter months, Lehigh Valley housing market has never been hotter

Though the housing market typically slows down in the winter, the opposite is happening in the Lehigh Valley. Bidding wars are still in full force in spite of the pandemic, fueled by many out of state buyers looking for more space and locals looking to capitalize on historically low interest rates.
