A Mahoney Area High School cheerleader can’t be punished for posting an expletive-laced message on Snapchat, a federal appeals court in Philadelphia ruled Tuesday in what the American Civil Liberties Union called “the most expansive ruling on students’ off-campus speech rights in the country.”
