'Cloud’ hanging over ex-South Whitehall commissioner leads to tabled vote

Mark Pinsley, who resigned from the South Whitehall Board of Commissioners last year to serve as Lehigh County controller, was among nine residents considered by the board Wednesday to serve on the Green Advisory Council but commissioners tabled the vote on his appointment.
