The Public Library of Catasauqua and Hartzell’s Pharmacy will present the second program in their “HealthTalks” series Wednesday. The program, “Health Talks: Sleep Problems,” was scheduled for last Thursday but postponed because of the snow storm. The 90-minute talk has been rescheduled to 6 p.m….
