Police have an arrest warrant out for a Carbon County robbery suspect they believe has connections to the Allentown, Hazleton and Philadelphia areas.On May 24, Mousa Toure, age not listed, allegedly lured three men to a location in Nesquehoning, pretending he wanted to sell them a vehicle, and then robbed them at gunpoint of $12,500.Going by the alias, “Omar,” Toure is about 5 feet 10 with a thin build, short hair, short facial hair and a small chin beard.
