The $220 million bottling operation Keurig Dr Pepper intends to launch at the former Kraftz Heinz site in Upper Macungie Township would create hundreds of jobs and considerable tax revenue. It may also trigger some heartburn for area developers, environmental advocates and stewards of the Lehigh County sewage system, which is running low on available allocation in the western suburbs and continues to overflow during heavy rains.
