By the numbers: Waging war on the opioid epidemic in the Lehigh Valley

Are we making progress in the war on opioid addiction? Data from the Pennsylvania Department of Health shows that in 2018, more than 4,400 people statewide died from a drug overdose – a nearly 18% decrease in drug overdose deaths from 2017. Here’s some other statistics:
