Bethlehem city council unanimously passed Mayor J. William Reynolds’ 2023 budget with no amendments Tuesday evening. But next year’s budget, which keeps property taxes level for residents, was not the main focus of discussion at city hall Tuesday. Rather, the mayor, members of the public and other city officials spoke out against recent reports of antisemitic speech in the city.
