Bethlehem ordinance would allow Airbnb-like rentals — with conditions

The Bethlehem Planning Commission sends to City Council a proposed short-term rental ordinance that would allow the practice as long as the home owner lives in the house or unit while the visitor is there . The zoning amendment attempts to make the practice possible while maintaining the integrity of the city’s neighborhoods.
