At Celtic Classic, it’s about the heritage — kilts and clans, pipes and games, haggis and whiskey

The 32nd annual Celtic Classic Highland Games and Festival will be held Friday through Sunday in downtown Bethlehem. The largest free Celtic festival in North America features retail merchants; food vendors; music and dance performers; and the U.S. National Highland Games Championship. Other highlights include a Showing of the Tartan Parade; Haggis Bowl; and fiddle, pipe band, shortbread and Celtic songwriting competitions. The festival is presented by Celtic Cultural Alliance, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the Celtic heritage through education, musical presentations, and traditional competitions in athletics, piping and dance.
