Aloe Blacc, the R&B pop singer whose “Wake Me Up” with DJ Avicci topped the charts, will headline Bethlehem’s Musikfest festival, it was announced Wednesday. Blacc will perform at 7 p.m. Aug. 8. Tickets, at $39-$49, go on sale to ArtsQuest members at 10 a.m. May 23 and to the public at 10 a.m….
