Longtime Allentown restaurateur and former mayoral candidate Louis Belletieri, who operates Louie’s Italian Restaurant in South Allentown, has been charged with more than 30 counts of felony theft after the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office said he failed to pay state sales tax since 2014.
