Allentown reopening dog park, tennis courts, other amenities Friday; playgrounds, basketball courts remain closed

Allentown will reopen some park amenities but continue restricting others Friday when Gov. Tom Wolf lifts Lehigh County’s stay-at-home order and moves it to the “yellow” phase of reopening.
