The neighborhood plan is the culmination of over a year of city meetings, focus groups with residents and community surveys. It’s part of the city’s Vision 2030 initiative and outlines five categories for growth – housing and neighborhood character, economic development, services and amenities, living systems, accessibility and connectivity.
