Allentown gets good news from Moody’s on credit rating outlook

Thanks to its first property tax hike in 13 years and growing income tax revenue, Allentown has avoided a downgrade to its credit rating. Moody’s Investors Services this week revised the city’s credit rating outlook to stable from negative.
