Following the cyberattack on Colonial Pipeline, gas prices are on the rise nationwide. The national average for gas prices has jumped more than 7 cents on the week to $2.98, and to $3.09 in Pennsylvania. Even when the pipeline is fully operational, recovery will run straight into the Memorial Day holiday.
