Lehigh Township supervisors gave their preliminary/final approval Tuesday for developer David Jaindl’s plan to repurpose the former Mary Immaculate Center at 300 Cherryville Road into Lehigh Valley Resort and Spa, featuring a 206-room hotel, restaurants, spa and wellness center.
