Plans for a $250 million office park in Bethlehem Township featuring a office space spread over eight buildings, a four-story hotel, restaurant and parking for nearly 4,000 cars have been scaled down to 500,000-square-feet of space spread over four buildings that could be used as offices or production space, according to the developer.
