Two multi-vehicle accidents have closed sections of I-78 this morning, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. A jackknifed tractor-trailer has closed all eastbound lanes between exits 58 (Emaus Avenue) and and 59 (Rock Road) in Allentown. Traffic is backed up to Lehigh Street….
