An Allentown man has been placed in Lehigh County Jail on charges of selling heroin/fentanyl in the city, with bail set at $100,000 in each of five cases.Police learned the man, identified as Julian Navarro, 26, of the 300 block of North 16th Street, was selling drugs in the city. Through undercover means, police observed Navarro doing business on five occasions, between April 5 and May 2, at various locations in the city.With his bail totaling half a million dollars, Navarro is awaiting a district court hearing.Morning Call reporter Andrew Scott can be reached at (610) 820-6508 or ascott@mcall.com.
