Three-term incumbent Peter Schweyer on Friday night declared victory over challenger Enid Santiago in the Democratic primary for the state House’s 22nd District seat. Santiago refused to concede after filing a formal complaint hours earlier alleging that she and her campaign team witnessed acts of “voter suppression and intimidation” during the primary election Tuesday.
